-What is PCOS? What does food have to do with fertility?
-Why is my body craving carbs? Emotional and mindful eating for women with PCOS.
-Why and how should a woman with PCOS work out? Learn how to incorporate simple exercise for muscle building and fat burning + Practical resource guide
-Proper sleep hygiene + how to get there
-Supplementation- Don't buy the entire drugstore. Learn what you really need.
-Set up your customized and sustainable food plan for effective weight loss and hormone balancing. Explore the dairy and gluten free options for those that need it. Walk out with a stunning weekly plan based off 3 meals and 2 snacks daily.
