

Ever passionate about nutrition, health and biology, I knew I wanted to do this. I knew I wanted to do this right. After earning a BS degree from Mercy College, I enrolled in the worlds largest nutrition school, the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and never looked back. I learnt from world famous doctors, functional medicine practitioners and many famous professors. The rest they say is history. As a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach with hormone health certification, I feel privileged to be able to impart my acquired knowledge to my clients and I get empowered each day anew by their positive life changes. Learning is never over. I am currently researching women's hormonal patterns as they enter the perimenopausal and menopausal stage of life and I am aspiring to enroll in an incredible naturopathic doctor program in the near future, so that I can help more women access the care they need in a holistic and functional medicine based fashion.
