When a mom is breastfeeding her baby, she is giving her baby the best gift possible. However, mom needs to be taken care of, in order to give her baby the quality and quantity of milk a growing baby needs.
And that is what I am here to teach you.
My Nursing Moms Workshop is a wonderful program to teach you what you need to know regarding weight loss that is safe and sustainable while nursing your baby.
When leaving my workshop, you will leave with a great, fully loaded food plan of foods that YOU like, that you can eat daily. These will include simple, clean and healthy foods that will aid the weight loss process and still allow you to feed your baby beautifully.
Additionally, there will be loads of health and wellness related topics discussed at these workshops. This information will help you make wise food choices and even help you incorporate healthy habits into your homes!
Some workshops, depending on location will also have a post partum personal trainer joining, to teach you simple effective exercises you can implement into your own schedules so that you can get your abs, core and pelvic floor strengthened post delivery.
Please note that these workshops are catered to women that are at least 6 weeks post delivery.
Workshops are typically 2 hours long and group sizes are kept to a minimum to ensure clarity of the topics we will be covering.
The price per participant for this workshop and package is $200.00.
